Air Performance Service Of Central Texas

Air Performance Service of Central Texas is your local Commercial HVAC and Building Automation solutions provider. We understand what it's like for your cooling system to fail on a 100-degree day, or to find your heating system down in the middle of a freeze. When that happens, we know that you are unable to provide adequate conditions for your tenants or your customers.

Our APS family is comprised of three dedicated departments all focused on achieving the same vision. We are a diverse group of assiduous people filled with joy, laughter, and passion for the industry. Among our team is an endless wealth of knowledge and commitment to not only our customers, but to one another.

Air Performance Service, Inc. was founded in Dallas, TX in 1983. It has since been a long running name throughout the Commercial HVAC and Building Automation industry. With strong values and commitment to our customers, we have been able to provide and sustain the same level of quality customer service across the state.

We believe that when our passions are ignited it becomes much like momentum, which is the driving force that can knock down barriers and produce amazing results. Our vision of becoming the leading solutions provider is by doing all things with excellence. If we can't truly say this is our best work, then we will make it right.

Air Performance Service of Central Texas is an exclusive Commercial Service Contractor. We have partnered with the Commercial Real Estate Market to provide quality service and support to them and their tenants alike, but that is not all we focus on. Our services extend to government entities, manufacturing, K-12, retail, multi-level buildings, hospitals, churches and MOB's to name a few.

Commercial Service is our passion! Let us help you by easing some of the stress of maintaining your commercial properties. We understand the ability to provide comfortable environmental conditions for your tenants and your customers is important to you, therefore it is equally important to us. As a Commercial Service Contractor, we focus solely on service and retrofits.

Early on Air Performance found a niche in the Vane Axial fan business. We have been the Factory Authorized Rep for Joy, Flakt, and Woods Vane Axial Fans since the late 1980's. Understanding the requirement for predictive maintenance on critical equipment, we have introduced these same specialty services to the commercial HVAC market.

We identified the need for a high-quality Preventative Maintenance Program, that was inclusive of preventative measures. After assessing the needs of our customers, we have designed a preventative maintenance program that surpasses the rest. Our program is streamlined, digital and managed by our Contract Manager within the Service Department.

Would you like to drastically reduce operating costs? Or have a better overall understanding of how your building 's HVAC System is running? A Building Automation System provides you with a user interface covering your property's entire HVAC System, thus allowing optimization and efficiency algorithms, that will do just that.

We believe there is power in knowledge and therefore we are committed to providing those around us the opportunity to be life long learners. Our training classes are designed to grow both technicians and building engineers' technical skill sets. We hope to build your knowledge allowing you to advance your career, or become self reliable while in the workplace.
