I've had this service for a while and they have always called to inform me of upcoming service, at this time I would confirm if I wanted the service. Well today, I received service without a call, text, voicemail. No communication was sent to me what so ever. I called customer service and the young lady was very helpful and empathetic, stating she will get a manager to call me. Well a few hrs go by and I check my account. I was charged, for a service I did not confirm so I call back and speak with a manager, Andre. No help at all, no empathy or managerial skills displayed. He said that even though

As a customer I find Jon extremely personable and knowledgeable. I have been with them for several years and have unique needs. However, if not watched constantly, the Field team will not fully do what is requested. When I call John, they usually try to correct the problem as soon as possible. This last time, we are moving from our current home to another and asked him if he would give us a estimate. We have used Top Turf for years to keep our lawn looking great. They know when to come out and what to do for our yard which can be tricky since we have two types of turfgrass. On a recent visit, Carlos M noticed we had transplanted some sod and adjusted the treatment to promote success. We prepay annually for 6 treatments per year and are rewarded with a discount. I highly recommend them.
