If I could give negative stars, I'd give as many as this company deserves. Poor company and unacceptable product in all ways anyone can imagine! Avoid like a plague! Our dealer ordered kitchen cabinets last March, it's almost January and we're still missing a spice rack? Still on the back order? It's a spice rack not a space shuttle. Why are these cabinets marked "Finished" but arrived with different color finish? Are your employees color blind or ran out of paint? If anyone from HK decides to say how sorry you're, apologize with compensation of the product and the time our contractor spent "let

Never use this company. They do not stand behind their work. My cabinets arrived with the wrong finish and a poor stain job and they refused to do anything about it. They would not even send a rep to look at them. In addition, the island cabinets which were a different finish had to be replaced because they were not even square and could not be installed. After extensive phone calls and emails by my contractor they still refused to do anything about it. This has caused me $6500 additional expense to have the cabinets refinished.

An additional three months have gone by since my initial review of our experience with Holiday Kitchens. It's hard to believe this experience could have digressed even further, although indeed it has. While the cabinets themselves have since been delivered, roughly half of them were the incorrect size. Some of the incorrect cabinets our contractor was able to cut down to the correct size, and others we are still waiting for Holiday Kitchens to replace with the correct product. They simply aren't able to account for one component - a door and trim to a built-in

Our kitchen cabinets were ordered in October. It is now almost June and we are still waiting on several pieces. There were several delays before any cabinets arrived which left us without a kitchen for 2 months. The cabinet pieces that have reached us were several months late (March, when they should have arrived in December). Additionally, several were the wrong size and have to be remade (we are still waiting for Holiday Kitchens to remake those, 3 months later). It's impossible to get an honest response from Holiday Kitchens regarding the progress of our outstanding orders. They've directed

I would give zero stars if I could. Do not order from this place. It took me 5 months to get my cabinets. We would have to call 39 times before someone would answer then they would lie to us @ where the cabinets were. We finally got them and its been one disaster after another. Cabinets are damaged and broken. Missing pieces and incorrect sizing. The frame for the double ovens is too big and best of all our risers are different colors than put cabinets. The company is refusing to fix the issues or compensate us.(filing a complaint in court) The cabinets were so messed up it cost us double in

We ordered custom hood painted to match our existing cabinets. The first time, some trim pieces did not match so we reordered to be matched and The new hood panels were painted a completely different shade of white than the rest of the hood. Still not right. We do NOT recommend this company.

BUYER BEWARE! Stay away from Holiday Kitchens (Mastercraft Industries). Ordered cabinets with departure week of 3/15. Contractor received an email of delay and cabinets would be shipped 4/4. Contractor received email on 4/2 that another delay and cabinets would ship week of 4/11. Now its 4/20 and cabinets have not shipped and they wont provide a departure date to my contractor. Not sure how a company like this can stay in business by lying to contractors who then pass that information to clients.
