Had a problem with leaks on the new roof and gutter they'd installed. If you don't do something right, you fix it, it happens sometimes even to the best in the business, it's not a big deal. The real problem was that it took months and months of phone calls before anyone came out to fix it, that's the thing I got mad about. All their guys are great, they're straightforward, honest, and up front about everything; and they do a good job. But Joe really needs to get a handle on the folks working the phones. Look at the bad reviews, every single one is about the phone/communication problem.
