The materials, quality and workmanship are very good from the floor show. The owner comes out and is very professional on the job site. Our installers however did smell like chain smokers and their hygiene was lacking. I called the owner to resolve a payment issue over the phone and he was very rude, he definitely wasn't interested in hearing what I had to say. So I'd say floor show is a mix of both good and bad service.

We had an issue with one of the blinds we purchased 18+ months ago. We worked with Andrea to inquire about the limited lifetime warranty. She called the manufacturer and was able to get them to honor their limited warranty. Because the color we originally purchased was no longer available, Andrea asked that all of the blinds in this particular room be replaced, in order to have matching blinds. We worked with Shauna on the pick-up, and everything went very smoothly. We appreciate that Andrea was willing to advocate on our behalf with the manufacturer, and made sure all of the blinds in that room
