We contacted Pacific Coast Roofing Service because an inspection of our home showed damaged roofing tiles and rotted facia boards. Brian was quick to respond and have a team member some to our home to perform the inspection. After the inspection we received a detailed report with a ton of pictures showing the trouble spots. Brain suggest a repair service versus a complete replacement of the roof.

These guys are the great! While I was looking for quotes, Brian was very responsive and realistic about timelines. The price was fair and the work is impeccable. Old vents were capped off and the gutters were cleaned out as well. All in all a great experience for a big job. As someone with no experience in having a roof out on, I felt confident with my choices and I was treated with respect the whole way through this process.

We are thrilled with our new roof and the service provided by Pacific Coast Roofing. Communication and follow up with Brian was seamless. And the crew was prompt, professional and hard working. We had some serious rot issues which required remediation and was not included in our original quote. Brian provided me with photos showing the extensive damage and repairs. My only regret is that they only do roofing! Communication with this company was stellar, they were prompt, clean, on-time and did great work. I can't believe how quickly they tore off my old roof and replaced it with our new beautiful roof. Four of my neighbors commented on how efficient they were. I also really liked how they included air vents in my attic, that the other guys didn't think about. This is a 5 Star company, you need not to look any further...

We received quotes for a whole roof replacement from two other roofing companies and although Pacific Coast was priced a little higher than the other two, we went with them because they had the best extended warranty (which we elected for) and the least amount of hidden fees. They also have a very extensive portfolio which was provided to us. Communication from beginning to end was all via email and seamless. Brian asked lots of questions, so we felt confident about the bid (the other bids were vague and verbal). He also sent Johnny, the estimator, to help us select shingle color to match the house. (Choosing the right color on our own was surprisingly hard but Johnny did it in about three seconds.)
