As a young and newly married man in the early 1970's, Rick Stark set off to do what any honest, hardworking man starting a family would do, he got a job. Rick began roofing for his uncle's union roofing company Altemeyer Roofing in Kirkwood, MO at the age of 20. He labored day in and day out all the while learning how to provide high quality roofing systems.
