Siena Fence just finished a fence install for me and I could not be happier with the whole experience, from beginning to end. Even in the pandemic, the estimator showed up on time (even called ahead to confirm appointment) and sent the estimate when he said he would; the staff always answered the phone right away and knew exactly who I was; the install was more arduous than anticipated but the workers were friendly and courteous no matter what. And the cedar fence! It is absolutely gorgeous. In short, I cannot recommend Siena highly enough. All the team members were extremely courteous and professional

We have used Siena for two fence installs, and in both cases they not only met but exceeded all of our expectations for expertise, service, and professionalism. Great care is taken to ensure quality and precision and also to leave the property as clean as when they arrived. Wish every company/contractor could provide this kind of top-notch work, show this much respect for customer and property, and be this easy and pleasurable to work with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We have contracted Siena for 4 fences at two homes over the last decade and we cannot say enough great things about the company. Reasonable pricing, excellent customer service, the installers are professional and respectful of your property, and they trouble shoot any obstacles encountered on the job with ease. Highly recommend them and well never use anyone else for fencing. If youve had any kind of contract work done previously, youll understand what a rare find this is!

Had an estimate done for a fence for my dog in our new home. The person said he would send an estimate in 2 days. The person said it was a small job and probably fit in between big jobs. It's been a month, I've called three times, left messages and nothing. Our dog just got loose and we almost lost her. We're too small for such a big company, but our dog is family and we're done asking for their business.

I called needing my fence repaired after a section was damaged by a tree. The customer service lacking person on the phone asked if they put the fence in. I said I don't know, I didn't live here when it was installed. I was just informed that they don't repair other companies work. If that's true terrible company stay far away!! LOSERS!
