This is a small sample of before and after bathroom remodeling work I've completed for my clients. Almost every house has at least one full bathroom, usually 8' X 5' with a tub, toilet, and vanity. Yours may be a bit larger, or much larger with double sinks, separate walk in shower, tub, and maybe a private water closet.

Any reason someone's home needs more space is a reason for any additions. Maybe its an extra bedroom, a larger kitchen or bathroom, a home office, a study, or a den.
