If you have a tree problem of any kind we are available to provide an expert diagnosis. We love what we do and we're good at it. But none of this is easy - it takes years of experience, extensive training, detailed safety briefings and protective gear, and hugely expensive specialized equipment. Do NOT try this yourself! It may be cold outside but trees still need water (hint - melting snow doesn't provide enough moisture during winter).
