Moving is never an easy process, but I can't imagine doing it without Turner Moving & Storage. They are professional, efficient, and very helpful. A very picky friend recommended them to me, and I couldn't be happier. The estimation process was very thorough. Shalyn was very helpful anytime I called the office. She even worked her magic to make my move happen on my preferred day. When the moving crew showed up, they were friendly, professional and efficient. The whole procss with Turner Moving & Storage has been smooth as silk! First an appraiser came to the house to see what we would be moving and a date was scheduled. Because our new home was not yet ready to move into, Turner Moving worked with us to change our plan and arranged to store our items until a later date. On moving day, Brandon, Russ, Juan and Abraham arrived on time with the moving vans. They walked through the house with me for an overview on what to pack and what not to pack, then they got busy! Turner Moving and Storage was not the cheapest mover but, beyond a doubt the best and most professional moving agency I've ever been involved with. They are a family owned business for many years and every aspect was very detailed and professional. Their warehouse storage facility is very clean and organized. Our furniture was handled with extreme care. The communication from the office staff was excellent and very responsive.

Easy to work with, Covid issues were easily handled and well done. I was moving into a house that was not ready when my furniture arrived - no problem for Turner. Had some delicate stuff, all handled without issue. Live in the mountains and access to my property a challenge - no problem for Turner. High on my list for service and quality of personnel!

We were shipping some furniture to our Granddaughter in Mesilla Park and to our daughter in Monument, two different remote locations in New Mexico. The loading of the furniture was very efficient and professional. Both our granddaughter and daughter raved about the delivery and set up of the furniture and how great everyone was. I would highly recommend Turner Moving & Storage, we will be using them again next month.

They keep raising the bar... I have worked with Turner before and have never been disappointed.
