I dont usually write a review for a service company, because I believe they should provide great service to their clients. However when the service provided goes a little further than what I signed up for, I believe that is worth a strong word of support.
Rick helped me program both my wife and my cars to open and close the doors using the vehicle software rather than using a ugly remote attached to the sun visor. This took time, but he was patient and so helpful, which was very much appreciated by both my wife and I. That little extra help from Access I believe separates the company from the

I have used Access for 15 years. I would never use anyone else for my garage door. Their service is phenomenal! I still have the motor for my garage I got years ago and its working beautifully. The other day the springs on my garage door broke after 20 years. They were at my house right away to help me get my cars out and the new springs were in that morning and the door is as good as new! You won't find better service and quality work!

Installed a new garage door for almost $10 grand 4 years ago. Now it has a problem, and they are refusing to come and service it because it is in Temecula. BFD. I drive from Temecula to San Diego every day to go to work, along with thousands of other people. Thanks for nothing.

My garage door was not working but the motor was engaging. I called up this company for their immediate garage door repair. The representative got the control panel replaced and had the wires checked in less than an hour! He was pretty thorough to tell you the truth!
