Been in the construction for 20 years. I've dealt with commercial doors and hardware's so many many times from different vendors and brands. I gave american doors a try because their quote was $600 less than their competitor, totalling over $1,800.00 worth of products purchase in just one of my projects.
Salesman was nice at the beginning... (Like always) after i paid for the order days went by (and u know the rest).. Change of orders made it worse because of wrong hardwares. Bottom line is...

We had a lot of pressure completing the work order which took us a month or so because of the service we were provided by American Doors. Our sales rep was Betty, she would never answer her phone or emails. The few times that she did, she would say she would call me back and I would never get a call back.
