I cannot say enough positive things about Hirschberg Mechanical. My husband and I purchased a home with some major hidden issues (septic plumbing clogs, collapsed pipes, missing drains... you name it), and HM has been there every step of the way.
Herb is knowledgable, honest, and extremely friendly. He is amazing at what he does. He diagnosed and repaired our plumbing issue, answering all of my questions fully. Upon calling Hirshberg Mechanical my appointment was set up instantly. The time was given and the technicians showed up as scheduled. The problem was quickly diagnosed and parts were obtained the same day. The technicians Jon and Robbie went to work installing the new parts and getting my system up and running within hours. Big thank you to Kathleen who was extremely helpful and friendly Friday morning when I called. She assured us she would have someone as soon as possible and she truly did! Ethan came out within an hour to take a peek at our gas heater. Ethan was professional, informative, & thorough. He worked diligently for a couple hours on our system to ensure we would be back up and running in a warm home. We received excellent service at our home. I discovered a major leak from an unknown source dripping down into the basement. I called in the morning and they sent someone within hours. He quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed within an hour. The parts he needed were already in his truck. Totally friendly, professional, and cleaned up. Very reasonable cost. Highly recommend.
