I called to have Temperature Inc come out to my business to give me a quote for a Maintenance Schedule, etc. I spoke to a Darren, he was suppose to follow back up with me about a day and time which they would be able to come out. He has never called me back or followed up. I even called them back twice to see what was going on just to be sent to Voicemail. Thats so Fantastically Disappointing. Anyway, Next I called Memphis Air Conditioning & Heat. They came out the following morning and sent me a quote that afternoon, Thank you Terry!
