Lesson number one: please learn how to schedule an appointment and be on time with your clients. Appointment at 12:00pm and you came to my house at 10am. If I could show up at 10 I would have scheduled our meet at 10:00am
Called back to reschedule. Argued about appointment time. Just letting you know I checked our appointment time histories before I call back.
Rescheduled at 12:30pm. It's now 1:38pm and no one pick up the phone, no show.

Send them a photo and they give you an estimate. Definitely beats waiting for someone to show up for an estimate you will probably turn down based on price. A little mix up on date of tree trimming but it was resolved. The guys did a good job on my two trees and cleaned up the lawn. Will be calling them back for tree shaping when it's time.
