Our steel security door was never installed correctly June of 2020. We had to call twice for it to be fixed. Once for the huge gap between the door and the ground allowing bugs, rat, snakes or anything that could squeeze between a 3 inch gap. Then second time we had them come out because the door would not close completely leaving the door useless. This happened again this week, our security door will not shut completely, making it completely useless. The gap is back as well. Steel Advantage said that they will fix it (for the third time) for $65. Make sure you use another company. There

John came and installed my security door and was very professional. He knew the product and went right to work. It was less than an hour and he had the door installed and was perfect. It was air tight so no bugs or snakes could get in! I would recommend that you ask for John when you get this great security door.

I have no idea how good the product is. Sales guy was great, that lasted til he got the sale signed and paid for. All I've heard since is excuses, and apologies. Missed measurements, truck problems, tried to install at wrong address. Oh yes don't forget can't remember the delivery date. That is if they get back with me at all. Where the heck has customer service gone.

Steel Advantage installed a beautiful security door for us. John our installer made sure it was well sealed with no light shining through the trim. Our door had a small step that was a bit awkwar and uncentered, but he worked through it and it looks both lovely and secure, best of both worlds!

I met with the salesperson at the Mesa Swap meet to decide on a door, got a brochure and scheduled a day for someone to come do measurements and help me decide the final product. Measurement day, Woody was the guy that came by and he was a pleasure to meet and chat with and gave me some design tips on best recommendations. WARNING!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! WARNING!!!!! Know all of the RISKS in doing business with Steel Advantage/Eco Advantage Sun and Security Solutions LLC and its owner, Anthony Gambino. The owner is very DISHONEST. Over the period of 7 months, he told a series of pathetic lies in an attempt to not refund our deposit. In short, the owner/sales person told us that we could use our superior existing locks and handles on the screen doors we selected. They delivered doors which could not accommodate our hardware.
