Our 13,000 square foot showroom is filled with 32 unique vignettes showcasing a variety of floor covering products to help you envision the design possibilities for your new room. The finished room designs incorporate many different products including woods, ceramics, natural stone (travertine, marble & slate), carpet, bamboo and much more.
We import and STOCK over 100,000 square feet of Travertine Marble Tiles for wall, floors, showers and back splashes. Sometimes you need a little eye candy to fuel your imagination. At Traditional Floors & Design Center we have been in the flooring business for a combined 69 years! Ken, owner of Traditional Floors started his first years as a installer for his fathers store, Granite City Floor Covering. He installed for two years before he came into the customer service side of the business.

Here you'll find general guidelines that should be followed prior to the installation of your new flooring. Make arrangements prior to the arrival of the installation crew for removal of old flooring.
