Custom Home Design
Our custom home design service creates tailored living spaces that reflect individual preferences while maximizing functionality. We integrate architectural innovation with sustainable building practices to deliver energy-efficient homes that meet modern lifestyle needs. Our process begins with detailed consultations to understand client requirements before progressing through design development, permitting, and construction phases.
Landscape Design
Specializing in eco-conscious landscape architecture, we transform outdoor areas into functional, water-efficient environments. Our designs combine hardscape elements, native plantings, and smart irrigation systems to create low-maintenance, environmentally responsible outdoor living spaces that complement each property's unique characteristics.
Whole House Remodeling
We execute comprehensive home renovations that modernize outdated spaces while preserving structural integrity. Our team handles complete gut remodels, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and addition projects with minimal disruption to daily living. Each project receives dedicated project management and quality craftsmanship from start to finish.
Design-Build
Our exclusive design-build methodology streamlines construction projects by combining architectural design and construction under one contract. This approach eliminates coordination challenges between separate design and build teams, resulting in cost efficiencies, faster timelines, and cohesive design execution from concept through completion.
Outdoor Living Spaces
We create functional outdoor environments that extend living spaces beyond interior walls. Our expertise includes designing and constructing patios, decks, fire features, and complete outdoor kitchens that withstand San Diego's climate while enhancing property value and usability.

We worked with Eco Minded Solutions for the complete design and build of our home. We had an old cottage style house that we built into a truly custom mid-mod home that we are now very happy with and really enjoying. The old part of the house had to be torn down, the foundation fortified and footprint expanded as we added our second story master suite with an outdoor space. Eco Minded Solutions worked on the design from architecture to interior design and for the entire construction project. Their attention to detail and flexibility with materials and design helped us realize the vision we had

Can't stay enough about these guys. Michael Turner is our project lead and he is one of the most if not the most professional service provider we have ever worked with. He is incredibly knowledgeable about construction, and landscape design. Mike has also been incredibly patient with us as we worked through our design. He has visited with us dozens of times including off hours and weekends to drop samples, talk through concerns or questions. He also knows materials and where to source them like no one else. We've been blown away. His team is similarly exceptional and have been a pleasure

I recently bought my first home, a small spanish style place in North Park, that required some new landscaping (think 2,500 sq ft lot). It was tricky to find the right company to help because of the tight space and total revamp goal my wife and I wanted to achieve. Lucky for me, I found Eco Minded. The design team was prompt, and came with thoughtful imagination and sound recommendations to make the most out of the space. That, coupled with the fact that they work end to end with the construction team handling everything (eg finding the right vendors for Spanish accent tiles outside) including

The planning was difficult and the work complex, but they helped us work through the design and permit process and ultimately completed a beautiful project that has transformed our outdoor space.

I am thrilled with how my yard turned out. Ecominded Solutions turned my vision into reality and I honestly couldnt be happier. From the beginning Todd, the designer, was super responsive and helpful. He listened to everything I wanted and continued to make changes to the plans until they were perfect. Im very particular and he never got frustrated with me and was always happy to revise the plans until I was satisfied. I havent done a project like this before, but Todd made it a fairly easy experience. When it came time for construction, the guys were on time, worked hard, and kept things
