Tree Removal

Tree removal addresses hazardous, dead, or storm-damaged trees to protect properties and ensure safety. Our certified arborists assess structural risks and use advanced equipment for precise, controlled removals. We handle debris cleanup and offer stump grinding to restore landscapes after removal.

Tree Pruning

Tree pruning enhances health, structure, and aesthetics by removing dead or overgrown branches. Our team employs crown thinning, deadwood removal, and structural shaping techniques to improve wind resistance and promote healthy growth. Regular pruning reduces storm damage risks and maintains tree longevity.

Arborist Consultation

Arborist consultations provide expert evaluations of tree health, disease, and structural integrity. Our certified professionals conduct risk assessments, recommend treatments, and advise on removal necessity. This service ensures informed decisions for residential and commercial property managers.

Stump Grinding

Stump grinding eliminates unsightly and hazardous stumps using powerful machinery to grind below ground level. This service prevents pest infestations, improves curb appeal, and clears space for replanting or landscaping. We ensure minimal disruption to surrounding areas.

24-Hr Emergency Removal

24-hour emergency removal handles urgent tree hazards caused by storms, lightning, or high winds. Our team responds immediately to fallen trees, broken limbs, and blocked access points. We coordinate with utility companies to ensure safe, efficient cleanup and property restoration.

Jan 14, 2022 Report

AAA removed two maples from our front yard. The estimate seemed to go well, and they were able to come within the week. But the workers clearly weren't working from our estimate -- chipping all the limbs even though we'd contracted for 18" firewood and I clarified the scope of work with the guy who appeared to be in charge when they arrived. By the time I finally got through to them, we only had a dozen or so logs, from what might have been several dozen. Then when the job was winding down, another guy asked for a check. I said I'd pay with credit card given their estimate

On 7/21/2021, I hired AAA Tree Service to primarily remove a very tall pine tree from my front yard, which was leaning towards my home. AAA Tree Service cut down the wrong tree and my credit card was billed a total of $4,500.00 for this service. Consequently, I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. On 08/18/2021 at 07:59 am, I received an e-mail from AAA Tree Service stating, "We would like to resolve everything. We would like to come and cut down the tree that is marked in the contract. Please call the office." On 8/25/2021, I replied to AAA Tree Service via e-mail and

I had AAA Tree Service "clean up" several trees in my yard on 5/7/2019. They did an outstanding job. I had 6 pines trimmed back, a bradford pear trimmed and elevated, an oak cut down and stump ground, and a maple and another oak pruned. They were very punctual and started the job around 8:30AM. I highly recommend AAA Tree Service!!!

Oct 29, 2019 Report

This morning, I was driving on Fairfax County Parkway in Herndon, VA and one of AAA Tree Service's vehicles tried to run my car and others off the road. I guess the driver felt as though he wasn't simply "King of the Trees" but king of the road as well. Since the truck was clearly marked, I called the business and asked to speak with the Manager or Owner to talk about their driver's safety. The man who answered the phone said he couldn't give me any information to a manager or an owner. I let him know if I didn't receive this information, I'd turn to good

Highly recommend AAA TREE SERVICE "King of Trees" of Alexandria Virginia!!
Friendly, hardworking crew arrived on time, removed two large dead trees, and did a thorough clean up all for a great unbeatable price! Couldn't be happier and plan to call them back for more work soon.

Jul 18, 2018 Report

Had a huge oak to remove behind our house and they had a huge crew to match the size of the job. They worked hard and got a big big done in a relatively short amount of time compared to other removals I've had. The owner, Greg, was great to work with as was the guy who did the estimate. Would use them again.
