I hired Syphard Construction to coordinate repairs on my home after a toilet supply line had leaked. Brian Syphard gave me a realistic timeframe for how long it would take for the work to be done. This is important because he did not sugarcoat the fact that I would be out of the home for 7 weeks once the work got underway. In fact, Brian and Roger (the project manager) were very forthright and clear about what was going on and how long it would take and whether or not it could even be done. For example, there were some light fixtures I wanted to switch out but Roger told me the ones I wanted were

We had some bad luck with a leaking dishwasher and had no idea where to start. The team at Syphard Construction came in to save the day. They helped walk us through the entire process and answer all of our questions and make sure we had a plan setup for success. We ended up having to replace our entire lower level hardwood floors and the Syphard team was able to move quickly, professionally, and make this process go smoothly. We had pretty bad water damage and the folks at Syphard, including the owner, made a very stressful situation as easy as it could be. They were very responsive when I had questions, and they're work is top notch. I'd recommend Syphard Construction to anyone and would certainly use them again.
