Chris Poole is a state certified building contractor, born and raised in Clearwater, Florida.
He resides in the local area with his wife, an attorney, their two equally feisty little girls and one little man. When he isn't working on your project, he is working on his - renovating an acre and a half of overgrown property and bringing life back to a home that sat unloved for far too long. It was having grown up watching his grandfather's landscape company improve Clearwater that Chris learned the value of growing existing property.
Taking that lesson a step further, and preferring the trades to academic pursuits, he decided to become a carpenter with the intent to do the same - but go beyond the green space. So, in 2007, Chris established Chris' Construction, LLC.right as the real estate market crashed.
