Scott founded the company in 1988 after 20 years in construction. His vision was to provide a custom home option to the lot owner who didn't think it was possible. Over 30 years later, over 2000 families have realized that possibility. Scott and his wife Renee enjoy golfing and spending time with their grandchildren.
Jen joined the family business in 2001 and is well positioned to lead the company into the future by continuing her father's legacy of providing beautifully built custom homes. Jen continually strives to improve the customer experience by getting to know each client and monitoring the progress and quality being built into each NDI home.
Jen graduated from Virginia Tech, and enjoys cooking, golfing, and spending time with her husband, Paul and children, Nathan and Andrew. Adam created our Site Development Division in 2007 and ran it for 3 years before transitioning into operations management. In 2013, Adam was promoted to Director of Construction Operations, and to VP of Operations in 2017.
