Sent a junior tech to my house who spent 3 hours doing nothing then refused to return when I told them the AC still didnt work. Stay away from these jokers. With Pride more like With Indifference

I have been doing business with Pride AC form over 15 years, They have maintained both of my properties in Boynton Beach and my Mothers apt. in Lauderdale Lakes Florida. They have also installed and backed up 2 Air Conditioners at both of my properties. They are reliable, courteous and always professional. I recently spoke with a gentleman whom I assumed to be the head of the AC Service Department-Irving Hernandez. I had been having problems regulating my AC Thermostat and Humidistat. He understood exactly what I was talking about and took the time to carefully and patiently explain how to deal with the problem. He treated me both respectfully and professionally. It was the clearest explanation I have gotten from any of the service personnel I have spoken with and it's gone a long way towards my having a much fuller understanding of how to rectify the problem I have been having. About 7 years ago I had Mike Dolan, the owner at the time replace my hot water tank/ AC and heat in my house. we were very happy with his service, was always reachable and stood behind his product. We continued to pay the annual maintenance to upkeep our system. Over the past yea we started noticing a decline in service. they would forget to come to our house to do the maintenance we were paying for and when they did come they would send us bills which we had never received before... at the beginning of winter we were having some issues with our boiler so we called With Pride to come fix it (the
