First Florida Construction & Development is an amazing company and the only choice for us to entrust our Ocean Front home build. The skill level and knowledge of all staff is unmatched. Phone calls were returned at midnight. Multiple choices and prices were always given. The level of integrity starts with Paul and Mark all the way to the cleaning crews. Brent Stolenberg was our Supervisor and was invaluable with his experience, consciousness and ideas. He never missed a call, text or email. We built in Florida as our second home and lived out of state during the process. This did not matter as

I have worked with First Florida for the past 5 years now. They have built my clients home, which caused me to have to communicate with them sometimes on a daily basis. They have an expedited way of solving problems. They think outside the box and are great to work with. The skill set and quality they provide cannot be matched. They have great follow through and most importantly they answer the phone!I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed.

The staff is efficient and polite to speak with and the are incredibly knowledgeable regarding current building practices etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone interested in building one of a kind home/property.

We used First Florida to completely renovate a condo on Hutchinson Island. Paul, Mark and the entire team were fantastic. What a great job they did. Condo came out beyond expectations. And on pretty much on schedule. This is a very professional group who know how to be a true GC. We look forward to working with them again!
