Didn't pull a permit, and my system had nothing but issues because we discovered it wasn't installed up to normal city codes. For how expensive they were, the quality wasn't there. Wouldn't recommend

Today I had my air conditioner serviced, filter replaced and had a brand new Nest thermostat installed-a service sponsored by DWP. The entire process was easy and amazing customer service as well. Our 30 year old rooftop ac/heat combo unit stopped running cold air. We decided to upgrade to a new system that uses the new refrigerant. These guys were polite and pro installing a new unit. They took care of scheduling the crane, and pulling the permit and had us chilling again in no time. Almost 2 years later our new unit stops blowing cold air. George was able to fix it in under 24 hours, and honor the labor and parts guarantee. choosing local family owned business was for sure the right choice. Thank you!

This is my second review of IComfort. A couple of years ago they installed a new AC/heating system in my mom's house. We reached out to them again to do the same in our house as our system was over 40 years old. Justin came over and gave us a couple of options particular to our home. The technicians are very professional and did a great job with the installation and clean-up. We appreciate dealing with a dependable, reputable company.
