Been a client since the beginning of the season. However since the middle of august my yard hasn't been serviced. My fiance and I had covid at the end of august and missed alittle over a month combined. We were home. My fiance has called often. No return phone call, nothing. We both have sent emails, no response. They sent us a bill for services rendered, but havent been out since the middle of August. If you want your money, please cut my grass

Lacked appropriate communication and professionalism. Needed to follow up several times to finally get an estimate that was promised on two separate occasions but still never received. Can't speak to their work because their initial interactions were enough to make me go elsewhere for the job. If you don't have basic customer service as a business, how can I trust you with the work itself?

This company took 4 months to not even complete the work we contracted for in spring 2019. I took them to COURT and I win a settlement. I don't know how this company is still in business!!! Use this company at YOUR OWN RISK!
