AC not turning on. Under Agreement Plan,Tech arrived with in 3 hrs and fixed problem. Billy was courteous and advice was helpful.

We don't know where you found Chris. but you need to find a whole bunch more like him. Was scheduled for yearly maintenance between 8 and 11am. Was here shortly after 8. Was a very professional and curious service rep. Have always been happy with TriCounty.

We have dealt with two Tri-County technicians in the last two days. As usual we are totally happy with the service we have received.they are always prompt as helpful. They are repairing our unit for us in the best & most cost effective way they can for our needs. And of course we love the cookies.😂😂

My annual maintenance today was performed by Brady, with Nick training. As usual, the technicians are extremely polite and keep me apprised of the work they are doing. No complaints; just satisfaction. Same goes for last week’s visit by Corey and Chris. They also completed the job to my satisfaction.
