It was a great pleasure working with this contractor out of Dallas in the San Antonio TX area. Our cleaning team did all the post construction cleaning for their projects. Dustin the owner is very professional, easy-going, understanding and BBz would do business with him anytime. Thank you again for the great experience and opportunity.

Renovations are never fun or easy. However, Dustin's crew did a wonderful job on ours and we couldn't be happier. They were on time, polite, and didn't trash the rest of the house! We will use them again and recommend them to anyone we know.

The first experience was good. The second experience in which a lot of money was spent, was not so good. The owner responded to my email request promptly and professionally. He gave me a very detailed, well written estimate and was very good at communicating and explaining things. He was on time for appointments (early even!). The work was performed quickly and neatly.

It's hard these days to find such reputable, honest and capable contractors who show up when they say they will, do the work as agreed to and follow up on any issues that arise. Ricochet Construction is by far one of the BEST companies I have worked with in my Apartment Management career. They are transparent, do what they say, come in on time and on the money! Dustin and his crew have ALWAYS gone above and beyond for each property every time. They work with your insurance company and always explained what they were doing and how long it would take to complete. I always recommend Dustin at Ricochet

We loved working with Dustin and his crew. Very easy to work with and did a great job. I love that we were given an estimate at the start of the renovation and ended without an increase!

I have used and referred Ricochet multiple times over the past few years and I end up with the same result every time: A completed project, on time, on budget and one that surpasses my expectations. Everyone from Ricochet has been on time, polite and they always do what they say they are going to do. It's a rare find these days and I would recommend Ricochet to anyone with a remodel or new construction project.
