They built me a custom rail for the front of my house. It took a little longer than they estimated. They were hard to get in touch with. About 2 months after it was installed, I noticed it was rusting. I contacted them and they sent me a wire brush and a can of spray paint to fix it. I paid over $2000 for this railing, I didn't expect to be told to fix it myself. Not sure I would recommend.
