Pricing for construction documents (plans) is based on square footage of above grade living space, including bonus rooms. Prices do not include any required engineering fees, including but not limited to structural, civil, geotechnical, mechanical, and electrical. Auxiliary buildings such as detached garages, pool houses, gazebos, etc. are subject to additional charges.
