Our hot water heater, installed by another company, called it quits before it’s 6th anniversary! Apple responded promptly and the Technician was able to verify that it was still under warranty, saving us the cost of a new unit. Talk about honesty and integrity!!! He replaced the unit, fixing some of the mess left by the other company. He was friendly, informative and professional. I will never call any plumbing company but Apple ever again. Thank you so much Dylan!

I called this company on a Saturday for an emergency repair on behalf of my mother. Within an hour and a half of my call they had not only been to her house but had made the repair. The rates were reasonable for a normal call, much less an emergency Saturday repair. Highly recommend!!!
