The Coolest saved us again in an emergency (heater out with the threat of freezing temperatures looming)! Travis the technician who came out today was very professional, knowledgeable, and he worked quickly and fixed the problem we were having just in time to keep our house warm for another freeze. Great value. Great service. Love that they're locally owned and run. Can't recommend The Coolest enough. Never been disappointed with any of the professionals sent to our home. We're TC customers for life.

Mark and the team The Coolest were great. I tried contacting a few other companies, and none of them were able service both airhandler/ductwork as well as mini split systems at a commercial property. I finally stumbled on The Coolest in a Google search, and they were able to do everything I needed AND get out to our office in a timely manner. All the work was done in one day in about 5 hours, and I felt confident in the pricing that they gave.

From the first call, I could tell that The Coolest LLC was run professionally. I asked for something specific, and the person on the other end gently tried to upsell me (as he should), pointing out the value in additional services. When I responded that I really just wanted a specific bit of preventative maintenance, he went ahead and scheduled it.
