Literally the best pool company. Joe was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and on time. From the time they answer the phone to when you waive goodbye, you will have been treated like family. I could only give 5 stars when they deserve 10.

Very very expensive!!! They did very little for the $207.00 per month we were being charged. We had to replace our own filters and buy the chemicals when our pool turned green. Needless to say we are changing services

Pearson pool is a class act! They constructed our pool & hot top several years ago, the construction, quality and aesthetics were all excellent, it was competitively priced and they were wonderful to work with. Post construction - they are always available to answer questions and provide on-going service when needed. They came highly recommended to us, and we continue to recommend them to others. They specialize in custom projects that are unique and the result stunning.

We have had them over 10 years, but the last 2 years has not been good! They use to keep my pool sparkling clean but like I said the last 2 years, my pool turns green then we can't use it of a day or two. Often times I check when he leaves and there might be a couple of small pieces of broken chlorine tablest in the basket. I have not see him vacuume it in the last year or so. He was here Friday and I had to call them this morning (Monday) because over the weekend it got so green you couldn't see the bottom. Feeling frustrated!!

Pearson installed a pool for me several years ago. In the beginning they were great, but whenever I had a problem or question, getting an answer or a problem fixed was almost impossible without a huge charge. To date I still have slate tiles coming off my waterfall wall which started about 7 months after install.

This company is very expensive, and provides very poor service. They have very poor communication with their customers. They don't address problems until you repeatedly call them, and then they don't follow through. This entire summer, my pool was constantly dirty and the solar heater never worked. They don't keep the chemicals balanced and allow your pool to get green and murky, then they 'shock' it while charging you for all the extra chemicals.
