A guest bathroom redo was the purpose of our V & W Supply visit. Plenty of mock bathroom and kitchen settings and products to peruse. This lovely, new showroom gave me plenty of ideas to mull over. A few of the many product lines are Kallista, Kohler, Newport Brass.

Best customer service over a parts counter ever. FAR Far fat more knowledgeable than a big box store. Much more expansive inventory. These folks take customer service, kindness & professionalism seriously. We came in looking for a plumbing part that was critical to a job but impossible to find. They put it in hand in less than 5 mins, explained the nuances of installation, and provided encouragement. So impressed.

Great showroom but they are definitely set up for people who know all their plumbing needs before stepping in the door. We were novices and were depending on them to tell us the parts and accessories we needed for our bathroom and kitchen remodel. We knew the tub, shower and sinks we wanted, but depended on their guidance for the parts that would make all work. Huge mistake on our part. We have used the same handy man for around 30 years and he's always been able to figure out how to make things happen, whether it's electrical, tile, plumbing, installation or building just about any
