I had a great experience last year when I had them out to clean and inspect my boiler, so I dont understand what happened this year. I had an appointment scheduled for this past Saturday (scheduled in advance a few weeks ago) for the annual boiler cleaning and inspection and was told someone would be here before noon. I was home all day and no one ever showed up. I called and texted shortly after noon to follow up and see if there was an update on the time but no one ever responded. I realize mistakes happen, so I called again on Monday morning to follow up. I spoke with someone who said they
