Thermal-Chem's line of epoxy primers provide a tenacious mechanical bond to help promote adhesion of the base coats and top coats to the substrate. The epoxy primers also help seal both old and new concrete prior to the application of another coating and can help reduce the problem of out-gassing due to porous or heavily abraded substrates.
Base Coats

Our line of high quality base coats don not contain unnecessary fillers that our competitors typically use to cheapen and extend their coatings. This can result in poor adhesion and poor wear characteristics. Typically formulated with less pigment and less UV inhibitors than our Top Coats, they are designed to penetrate the concrete better and help to keep them economical.
Resurfacer And Top Coats

Thermal-Chem's family of 100% solid epoxy Top Coats and Resurfacers provide an extremely tough and durable finish to your flooring system. Our epoxy resurfacers help restore old, deteriorated, irregular, or pitted concrete to a smooth and durable finish. Used as a Top Coat over any of the Thermal-Chem Floor Systems, ArmorClad Resurfacer provides a smooth glass-like surface or textured finish that has excellent abrasion and impact resistance.
