Shingle Roofing
Our shingle roofing services combine timeless aesthetics with proven durability using premium GAF materials. We specialize in both full replacements and repairs for residential properties, ensuring code-compliant installations that withstand Georgia's weather conditions. Each project includes detailed inspections and precise flashing installation to prevent leaks, with transparent pricing and written estimates provided upfront.
Metal Roofing
We install custom metal roofing systems designed for longevity and weather resistance. Our AG Panel systems offer 36 coverage with low-profile durability for homes, barns, and agricultural buildings. Projects include proper underlayment installation and custom panel fabrication to match structural specifications, backed by manufacturer warranties and our workmanship guarantee.
Gutter Installation
Our 6-inch seamless gutters are custom-formed on-site for perfect fit and leak prevention. We use heavy-gauge aluminum materials with professional hangers for lasting performance. Each installation includes downspout placement analysis and fascia board inspection, ensuring proper water diversion from foundations while maintaining aesthetic appeal.
Leaf Guards
Our leaf guard systems prevent debris accumulation while maintaining water flow. We install durable mesh covers that keep gutters maintenance-free without reducing drainage capacity. The installation process includes existing gutter assessment and necessary repairs to ensure optimal performance, protecting homes from clogs and water damage year-round.
Roof Replacement
We handle complete roof replacements from old material removal to final inspections. Our process includes decking evaluation, ice dam prevention measures, and proper ventilation installation. We coordinate with insurance companies for storm damage claims and provide detailed project timelines, ensuring minimal disruption to homeowners during the replacement process.
