My experience with Solid Cabinetry product Quality and service is not good. The warranty apparently does NOT cover any hinges or slow closing drawer slides. I have a single drawer with a defective left slide that will not close by itself anymore. Contacting Solid Cabinetry, I was informed that the warranty only covers the cabinet not the hardware...... dead slow closing drawer slider after 18 months of part time use...... Not only will they not support the defect.... but... will not/ can not supply a new part even for purchase....

We've been waiting months for our kitchen cabinet missing panels, and they are still not ready. We got the original cabinets delivered Feb 2021. Its been 9/10 months now and they cant seem to help finish our project after spending so much money with them. They also messed up all the edge banding to match the grey inside of the cabinet instead of the walnut color we ordered. They are taking no responsibility.

We've been waiting months for our kitchen cabinet doors to be delivered and installed. I stopped at the sollid office in Chandler today to see why. The polite receptionist said, "sorry, we don't deal with consumers ". Beware of sollid and their dealers.
