Early in our "buff and polish" project, Rochester Hardwood was so responsive to all of my questions, concerns and time frame. When the scheduled day arrived, the workmen were timely and proceeded straight to the project. When we came home from dinner that night, the floors were gleaming! I didn't have the dust and disarray from previous projects.
