This company clearly takes pride in its excellent work and customer service. When another company pressured me into thinking our furnace was broken, these guys gave me a third opinion and discovered the problem was a broken fuse. During regular maintenance, I told my technician, Matt, that the unit was making a fairly loud 'reving up' sound when it came on. He investigated it and found the motor was going out. He immediately checked to see if another one was available & asked if I wanted it replaced that day. Of course I did since summer is right around the corner. He installed & tested it and it works wonderful. This is the quietest my unit has been in over a year! By the way, I mentioned the same problem to my previous tech last year but he brushed it off as a temporary problem that would go away.
