Quality work & excellent communication set OCI apart in an industry that can certainly struggle at times in these key areas. This company definitely sets the proverbial bar higher than the majority to say the least...

Onofrio sent out some guys today that helped me fix my stuck front door. The HOA had sent people out before who did shoddy work arounds without actually solving the issue. I'm unsure of the names of the fellas who came out today but they did outstanding work and I am very happy to have a functional, working door again! Will keep them in mind for future repairs!

I've been working with OCI through my HOA for several years and they have always done great work for us. So, I hired them to do a small bathroom remodel. I replaced a tub surround with a step-in shower, replaced the toilet & replaced the tile flooring. The bathroom turned out beautiful!

As an HOA Management Firm, we must have contractors that understand our business and the high level of customer service demanded by our owners, boards and investors. Brian Burns and his team at Onofrio have proven to be invaluable partners in creating a win-win for the repair, maintenance and construction needs of our managed communities. When they have been selected for projects (large and small), their attention to detail, communication and quality of work stands out among the competition. We highly recommend Brian and his company for any of your maintenance and repair needs! Josh Lindgren, President
