Harold K. Jordan & Company (HKJ) is a general contractor that specializes in multi-family residential communities and commercial housing, both public and private. Founded by Harold K. Jordan in Apex, North Carolina--a community 20-minutes southwest of Raleigh--the company has grown to include offices in Wilmington, North Carolina, and Charleston, South Carolina.

We provide a comprehensive understanding of alterations a site will need for a given project in the absence of civil engineering and design documents. While a client can get a site evaluation elsewhere prior to hiring HKJ, it is to the owner's advantage to work with a company that has a vested interest in producing accurate estimates.

Since Hal Jordan founded the company in 1989, our business philosophy has made HKJ successful throughout North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia since 1989-proven with our clients who come back to do business with us again.
