Best customer service EVER! Mark (owner) left no stone unturned helping us find discontinued bamboo flooring from YEARS AGO original installation. (We had water damage at entry door from hurricane wind and rain!) He finally found a box at the warehouse and sent it Fed Ex the next day. I have never known anyone to go that far out of their way to help. It arrived, it is the right product, we are truly grateful!

I went to see Mark at Bamboo Flooring Hawaii. He was professional and showed me the various hardwood floors and styles he had available. We settled on a darker wood and trim. The product was available when promised and all in excellent condition. The installation went in without a hitch and Im very happy with the finished product.

After visiting various places on Oahu, I discovered Bamboo Flooring located in a maze of small offices close to Aloha Tower. This hidden gem offered a great selection of luxury vinyl tiles. The selected product exceeded
the underlayment specifications required by my condo association. Owner Mark and Assistant Norma patiently answered my many inquiries. Recommended for best value, convenience and friendly service.

Mark and Norma were quick to respond to our queries and requests. The price was very reasonable and the quality is legit. We were able to handle everything from the mainland. When our installer underestimated the amount needed, Hawaiian Style Flooring was quick to get us the needed materials in time for our showing.
