Wanted to share my wonderful experience with Gartner. I called my usual HVAC company for a boiler service, I was years overdue and the boiler is really old so wasn't surprised they informed me the boiler was on it's last leg and becoming dangerous. Their estimate was the 2nd highest of the 4 estimates I received.
