Bruno and his team came through last year to do extensive indoor painting (nearly every room) and flooring for the bedrooms in our new home. They also removed the awful textured ceiling from our family room, hallway, and first floor office. The ceiling work was absolute magic. We had a very tight timeline and they got 95 percent of the way there before we moved in. In the chaos that was 2021, I neglected to write a review until now. Have used and dealt with many contractors over 50 years, as a owner of real estate and as a real estate attorney, and have never had such a great and easy time with two recent contracts with Ultra Homes. They were always on time and very professional. When they left at the end of the day, always left the premises clean, so that you could live around the construction. After they finished their work either Bruno or a Forman inspected the work and were probably more critical than I was. They were only concerned that we were happy and that all work met their specifications.
