Since then we have built 5000 homes. Today's Eid-Co Homes is under the leadership of 3rd generation builder, Jason Eid. Jason brings a different vision and leads his team to focus on high-end craftsmanship, attention to detail, and unique floor plans. Our homes offer comfortable living with beautiful, yet functional, design touches.

Eid-Co Homes originally started as Eid Brothers Construction in 1951 and focused on building affordable homes for the soldiers returning from war. Meet Our Team

Jason is the third generation owner of Eid-Co Homes, taking over the position of president in 2007. Jason is continuing the company tradition of providing affordable housing and home ownership in our communities. Eid-Co Homes has several home building designations, including Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), and North Dakota Professional Builder (NDPB).
