I just moved into a brand new home that was just built about 2 weeks ago. Whitlock Plumbing was contacted about our closet flooding from our bathroom. Nobody came out. Not even a phone call. I got a text saying they would call me Monday to schedule an appointment. Now I have an even bigger leak and here it is Monday and nobody has contacted me to come look at my flooded house!!!!

Called these people five days consecutively left three messages with actual people and two messages on the answering machine. Never got a callback never got any correspondence at all. Contacted them on messenger after I had spoke to someone on the phone and they told me their phones were down. I had literally just got off the phone with them. Ended up having to buy a completely different brand tankless water heater just so I could get it installed because they are the ones who have the account with the previous tankless water heater.. Beyond frustrating to expect a business to act like a business
