We later adjusted (lowered) our budget for the job due to personal financial changes. Mark went through the proposal with us and guided us as we pared down our wishlist to better fit our new budget. He was very helpful in prioritizing what we needed/wanted to be done. The quote included each and every charge that we could expect, large and small.
