Do not go on Friday mornings, I wasn't aware of the meetings that are held in the mornings on Fridays, but after walking back to my car I was finally helped. After that my experience was AMAZING! We went from a dealership that wouldn't help us find what we wanted to Toyota of North Charlotte who went above and beyond for us.
